血管瘤样纤维组织细胞瘤1例治疗及体会

A case report of angiomatoid fibrous histiocytoma and the experience of treatment

摘要 血管瘤样纤维组织细胞瘤(AFH)是一种少见的肿瘤,不易诊断。作者所在单位成功治疗了1例AFH病例。回顾其诊断和治疗过程,笔者认为AFH手术治疗需适度扩大范围,辅助以放疗有利于提高治愈率。 AFH is a singular osculant tumor and difficult to be diagnosed.A case of AFH was treated in the author＇s department sucessfully.The author retrospected the course of the treatment and regarded that expanded excision is necessary and radiolagical therapy after operation is helpful.
