志贺菌研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 志贺菌是革兰氏阴性、胞内兼性厌氧菌,它引起的志贺菌病对人类健康造成重大影响.全球每年有1.6亿病例,其中死亡110万.志贺菌可分为4个血清群:痢疾志贺菌、福氏志贺菌、鲍氏志贺菌和宋内志贺菌.各血清群代表株全基因组测序工作的完成,使得相关研究进入了全基因组时代.本文简要总结了志贺菌在基因组学、转录组学、蛋白质组学和结构生物学方面的研究进展.
