下颈椎Ⅲ～Ⅳ度骨折脱位的前路手术治疗 被引量：4

摘要 下颈椎骨折脱位临床上并不少见，但对于下颈椎Ⅲ～Ⅳ度骨折脱位选择何种手术方式、手术时机尚有争议。2004年7月-2006年12月，我院采用经前路减压、复位、髂骨块或钛网植骨及带锁颈前路钢板固定治疗Ⅲ～Ⅳ度下颂椎骨折脱位18例，获得满意的复位和良好疗效。现报告如下。
