摘要 本文通过实验研究了甘草酸的紫外吸收光谱(在251.5nm中有强吸收峰)和用薄层分析法杷甘草酸从甘草浸膏中分离出来的方法和条件。建立了薄层分离—紫外分光光度法测定甘草浸膏中甘草酸含量的方法,并实际应用于测定不同来源的甘草浸膏样品。方法简便,可靠。 A simple, accurate method suitable for routine analysis of glyeyrrhizic acid in extract of glycyrrhiza is described, The sample separated by thin-layer chromatography is de retrained by ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Standard solution of ammonium glycyrrhizate (dissoved in the 70% alcohol solution) has maximum absorption at 251.5nm. Beer's law is obeyed in the concentration range of 0~300 μg/10mL. This method is applied to the determination of the different kinds of sample of extract of glycyrrhiza with satisfactory results.
