摘要 尽管用于此修订本的大样本量患者数据库已极大地拓宽了我们的知识面,但最新提出的肺癌分期系统仍以解剖学特征为基础。可以预见,由于所鉴定出的患者亚群数目不断增加,肺癌分期系统变得愈加复杂。表述这些亚组的临床特征有可能为我们提供肿瘤亚组特殊的生物学行为特性的线索。本文探索了可用于以解剖学为基础的新分期系统的肿瘤生物学相关观念。
