汕尾电厂浆液循环泵叶轮断裂原因分析 被引量:2

摘要 汕尾电厂1号、2号600MW机组锅炉配套的石灰石/石膏湿法烟气脱硫(FGD)装置吸收塔浆液循环泵叶轮先后发生严重断裂,经过金相检验、化学成分分析及硬度检测等认为,其主要原因是吸收塔浆液的低pH值造成叶轮叶片基体腐蚀,降低了叶轮强度。另外,浆液对叶轮的磨损进一步加快了叶轮的断裂。对此,建议运行中控制吸收塔浆液的pH值,消除泵的气蚀现象,选择强度和韧性高及抗腐蚀性强的材料制造叶轮,泵的转速设计在450~530r/min之间。 Severe fracture of impeller had successively occurred in slurry- recirculating pumps equipped for the absorption tower of lime - stone/gypsum wet flue gas desulphurization (FGD) system for boilers of 600 MW units NO. 1 and NO. 2 in Shanwei Power Plant. Through metallographic examination, chemical composition analysis, and hardness test etc. ,it is believed that the cause leading to base corrosion of impeller blades is the low pH value of slurry from the absorption tower,reducing the strength of impeller. In addition, the abrasion of slurry further accelerates the fracture of impeller. For this, it is recommented to control the pH value of slurry from the absorption tower,eliminating cavitation phenomenon in the pumps,selecting materials with high strength, high toughness, and strong corrosion-resisting property for manufacturing the impeller, as well as the rotational speed of pumps should be designed within 450-530 r/min.
