GUD1S.94.3A联合循环电站协调控制系统浅析

摘要 以德国SIEMMENS公司制造的GUD1S.94.3A联合循环390 MW机组单元协调控制系统为例,介绍了联合循环机组的燃气轮机、余热锅炉、蒸汽轮机之间的协调控制及其生成发电机功率、燃气轮机排气温度、蒸汽压力、蒸汽温度设定值等功能。该控制系统不仅能够保证机组安全运行,而且能够满足经济起动及停机的控制要求。 Taking the coordinated control system of GUDIS. 94.3A combined cycle 390 MW block unit manufactured by Siemmens Company in Germany as an example,the gas turbine,heat recovery boiler, and steam turbine of the combined cycle unit,as well as their functions to formulate set value of the generator's power output, the exhaust gas temperature of gas turbine, the steam pressure, and the steam temperature have been presented. The said control system not only can ensure safe operation of the unit, but also can meet the control requirements of economic start - up and shutdown of the unit.
