摘要
华能丹东电厂2×350 MW燃煤机组每台锅炉配有4台MPS-89G型中速磨煤机,2006年对2A磨煤机和2B磨煤机进行了磨煤机液压加载系统改造,将原有的弹簧定加载改为液压自动变加载。改造后,磨煤机的磨辊加载力可以根据入口原煤量的变化自动调整,对煤种的适应能力大大增强,不但保证了煤粉细度,而且消除了定加载模式下磨煤机时常发生振动及加载杆被拉断等不安全现象。通过对液压加载力及其性能曲线的优化,降低了磨煤机的单耗,提高了制粉系统运行经济性。
Four MPS - 89 G type medium speed coal pulverizers were equipped for each boiler of 2× 350 MW units in Huaneng Dandong Power Plant,retrofit of hydraulic loading system for coal pulverizers had been carried out for 2A and 2B coal pulverizers in 2006, the original constant loading by using springs being retrofitted into automatic variable loading. After retrofitting, the loading force of rollers in coal pulverizer can be automatically adjusted according to variation of the raw coal quantity at inlet of the puvlerizer,the adoptability for coal sorts being greatly increased,not only ensuring the fineness of pulverized coal,but also eliminating un - safe phenomena, such as vibration frequently occurred on the coal pulverizer under constant loading mode,as well as breakage of the loading rod etc. Through optimization of hydraulic loading force and its performance curve, the unit consumption of coal pulverizer has been decreased,enhancing the economic efficiency of coal- pulverizing system.
