摘要
超临界600 MW机组的给水控制特性是一个复杂多变且多变量对象。针对直流炉给水调节既与负荷控制相关又与蒸汽温度控制相关的特点,给水控制系统采用控制燃料与给水比值的方式,进而通过二者的解耦回路来保证合适的燃水比,燃水比的稳定又确保了过热蒸汽温度和锅炉压力的基本稳定。
The control characters of feed water for supercritical 600 MW unit is a complex and frequently varying object with multiple variables. The features of feed water regulation are related to both load control and temperature control, the feed water control system adopts a mode of cotrolling the ratio between fuel and feed water,and then through decoupling circuit of fuel and feed water to ensure an approprate fuel- water ratio. The stability of fuel -water ratio again ensures the basic stability of superheated steam temperature and the boiler pressure.
