摘要
针对华能沁北发电有限公司(沁北电厂)3号、4号超临界600 MW机组投产后一直存在主蒸汽温度超温且在机组变负荷过程中主蒸汽温度无法自动控制等问题,对主蒸汽温度及分离器入口温度控制、水煤比控制等进行了调整优化。优化后,使得在机组动态/稳态工况下的主蒸汽温度及压力、机组负荷等主要运行参数均能够控制在合理的范围内,提高了机组自动控制水平。
Directing against the problems existing on supercritical 600 MW units no. 3 and no. 4 in Qinbei Power Generation Co Ltd ever since begining of putting them into operation, such as over temperature of the main steam,and the main steam temperature can't be automatically controlled during the process of varying load of units etc. ,adjustment and optimization of the main steam temperature control,the inlet temperature control for separators,and the proportioning ratio control of water and coal etc. have been carried out. After optimization, the main operation parameters, such as the main steam temperature and pressure,and the load of units etc. ,can be controlled in a reasonable range under dynamic and static operation conditions,enhancing the automatic control level of units.
