摘要
鸟嘌呤核苷三磷酸(GTP)在许多生命体的生命活动中起着很重要的作用,它不仅是一种能量供给体,辅助三磷酸腺苷(ATP)供给生命体所需能量,还参与生命体内许多酶的催化活化。本文综述了GTP的一些相关分离技术,并重点介绍了GTP最终检测的方法。
Guanosine triphosphate (GTP) plays a very important role in the activities of many lives, which not only provides energy to support adenosine triphosphate (ATP) for supplying life energy, but also takes participate in many of the catalytic activation of life. This paper reviewed some methods related to the separation technology and briefly illustrated several final testing methods for GTP.
