Nursing on patients with the operation of implanting the spacer for infected joints

目的总结关节置换术后感染假体取出占位器植入术的护理经验。方法分析58例患者假体取出占位器植入术术中清创、抗生素给药时机、标本留取、再次？肖毒、占位器制作及植入的护理配合。结果58例患者假体取出占位器植入术中顺利，无感染和护理引起的并发症。结论关节置换术后感染假体取出占位器植入手术步骤多，各环节要求严格，充分的术前准备及熟练的手术配合可为手术提供保障。

Objective To summarize the nursing experience for patients during the operation of implanting the spacer for infected Joints. Methods Nursing care of 58 patients was summarized in terms of taking out poor prothesis, debridement, manufacture of the spacer, sample collection, double sterilization and implanting the spacers for infected Joints. Results The nursing care went well with the procedure during the operation and there were no complications. Conclusions The operation of taking out the prosthesis and implanting the spacer for the infected joints was a complicated operation with multiple operating procedures. Every step was critical restricted. Fully preoperative operation and skilled surgical nursing care could safeguard the complicated operation.
