摘要
设计了冷镦用微合金非调质钢的化学成分,通过热模拟实验,确定了热轧及控冷工艺参数,试样性能达到了制作8.8~9.8级紧固件要求。
the composition of the micro-alloyed non-tempered steel for cold heading was designed. The hot rolling and cooling parameters were determined based on thermal-simulation experiment. The properties of this steel can meet the demands of 8.8 grade and 9.8 grade fasteners.
