摘要 采用钒氮微合金化,通过钢包喂VT线、Ca处理和热轧工艺控制等技术,攀枝花钢铁公司成功开发了450MPa级高强度耐大气腐蚀钢,并已形成批量生产能力。用户使用结果表明,产品完全满足新型铁道货车的制造工艺要求,并已在全国各大车辆厂装车使用。 Based on the techniques such as V-N microalloying, feeding VT wires into ladle, calcium treatment and control rolling in hot strip mill, 450MPa high strength resistance weather corrosion steel strip was developed and had been produced commercially at Panzhihua Iron & Steel Co. , Ltd. The application results showed that it could meet the requirements on manufacture techniques of new railway wagons, and it was applied widely in all the large wagon works in China.
