摘要
通过对某热轧高强度型材低温冲击性能影响因素的分析和研究,发现其低温冲击性能不合格的主要原因是钢的终轧温度过高而导致钢中出现异常组织及组织粗大,同时取样方式及取样部位也对性能有较大影响。通过将终轧温度控制在870~930℃范围内,轧后禁止进行吹风或喷水冷却,并要求上冷床后进行多支堆放冷却,使该产品一次性能合格率由85.3%提高到97.8%。
The main factors that influence impact property at low temperature of hot rolled high strength section steel were analyzed and researched. The main reason that cause the disqualification of impact property at low temperature were abnormity of metallographical constituent and coarse grain, which caused by over-high finishing rolling temperature. Sampling location and sampling methode also had great influence on impact property. After the optimal design in rolling process,the rate of qualified on impact property of the produce got a highly increase.
