冷轧带钢连续退火模拟实验机自动控制系统

摘要 介绍了新研制的冷轧带钢连续退火模拟实验机的基本功能,及其自动控制系统的基础自动化硬件配置、网络结构、实验机现场电气件布置情况和基本工作原理。应用表明,该自动控制系统能够满足实验机各种功能的要求。 The basic functions of a new developed continuous annealing simulator of cold rolled strip were introduced. A detailed description about hardware configuration and network structure, arrangement plan of sensors and actuators and basic working principles of the simulator were also given. The application showed that a set of automatic control system which was designed can fully meet the simulators function demands.
