摘要 饮茶有益于健康，除了对癌症和高血压、高血脂、冠心病、心肌梗塞等心血管疾病具有预防和治疗作用外，还具有益思、提神、明目、消臭、护肤、消皱、美容、轻身等辅助功能，这些功能对提高人们的生活质量和仪表具有良好的作用。
