Education on Intellectual Property Rights and Cultivate College Students’ Innovation Ability

本文通过分析创新与知识产权的关系及创新能力的影响因素,提出知识产权教育可以丰富学生的创新知识基础、提高创新意识、训练创新思维,并有助于创新环境的形成。由此认为知识产权教育对学生的创新实践可以起到启发和引导作用。

The paper analyses relationship between innovation and intellectual property rights and influence factors of innovation ability, proposes that education on intellectual property can enrich innovation knowledge, raise innovation consciousness, train innovative thinking and form the innovative environment. This paper thinks that intellectual property rights education has inspired and guidance on students＇ innovation practice.
