摘要
本研究对来自全国10个省(直辖市)的近千名小学骨干班主任的工作状况进行了研究。研究从职业压力、职业认同、职业效能感、职业发展等方面展开,结果表明小学骨干班主任职业压力普遍较大;职业认同感总体较高;职业效能感总体较高,但仍有待进一步加强;对职业发展总体上持积极态度,但距离成长为专家型班主任距离尚远,职业发展受多种因素制约,对培训实践性的呼唤强烈;总体收入水平中等偏下。根据上述结论以及研究对象对参加班主任培训的主流诉求,研究进一步分析了对班主任培训工作的几点启示。
In this research, we explore the working state of nearly one thousand elementary leading head teachers who come from ten provinces. We divide the working state into several aspects, including professional pressure, professional identity, professional efficacy, and professional development. The results show that the professional pressure, professional identity and professional efficacy of the elementary leading head teachers are generally quite intense, and most of them have a positive attitude towards professional development. We also find some restrictive factors of the head teachers' work. Finally, according to the conclusion, we provide some suggestions to head teacher training.
