摘要
教师的职业幸福感是衡量教师职业生活质量的重要标志。寻找影响教师职业幸福感的要素,对提升教师职业幸福感有很大的帮助。通过对杭州市中小学教师抽样调查和访谈,对调查结果进行统计和分析,进而揭示使教师获得职业幸福感和失去职业幸福感的要素。
Teachers' vocational well-being is the criterion for judging the quality of their vocational life. Therefore, the research of the essential factors which affect teachers'vocational well-being can be very helpful. Based on the sampling surveys and interviews with the teachers from Hangzhou primary and middle schools, this paper makes a statistic analysis to sum up the essential factors which can promote or reduce teachers vocational well-being.
