种植体表面形态与实验性种植体周围炎病变程度的相关研究

摘要 目的:分析不同表面形态种植体周围炎症的病变程度,探讨种植体表面形态与种植体周围炎病变程度的相关性。方法:分别将螺纹圆柱形种植体和非螺纹圆柱形种植体植入Beagle犬下颌,并建立犬种植体周围炎动物模型;3个月后测定各组种植体周探诊深度、观察种植体周围的骨缺损程度、组织切片分析其炎症程度。结果:临床检查见非螺纹圆柱形种植体周缺损深度大于螺纹圆柱形种植体组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);螺纹圆柱形种植体周探诊深度小于非螺纹圆柱形种植体周探诊深度,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);骨组织形态学检查表明螺纹圆柱形组种植体颈部牙槽骨吸收不如非螺纹圆柱形种植体组明显。结论:种植体表面形态与实验性种植体周围炎病变程度存在一定相关性,非螺纹圆柱形种植体比螺纹圆柱形种植体的周围炎更明显。 Objective: To explore the relationship between surface morphology of implant and lesion degree according to analyzing experimental peri-implantitis of different surface morphology. Methods: Steri-oss screw cylindrical implant and BLB non-screw cylindrical implant were implanted into mandible of Beagle dogs respectively, and then established animal model of experimental peri-implantitis. After three months, the bone defect around implants, probing deep of peri-implants and the degree of inflammation were observed. Results: There were significant differences for bone defects between two groups; probing deep of screw cylindrical implants were less deep than that of non-screw cylindrical implants, and there were significant differences(P〈 0.05); Examination of bone histomorphology showed that the bone defect around implants and the degree of inflammation for screw cylindrical implant were inferior to non-screw cylindrical implants. Conclusion: There exists a certain correlation between surface morphology of implant and lesion degree, and peri-implantitis of non-screw cylindrical implant developed more quickly than that of screw cylindrical implant.
