螺旋CT三维成像技术辅助种植牙手术20例 被引量:5

摘要 目的:探讨采用64排CT进行缺牙区颌骨精细扫描指导医生术前设计和术后评估。方法:利用我院放射科64排CT(GE light speed VCT)对我科近3年20例种植牙患者行术前扫描,将获得的数据信息进行多平面图像重建及术前分析设计,术后再次扫描和图像重建,分析种植术后效果。种植系统采用法国安多键(anthogyr)种植系统。结果:通过软件分析20例患者术前及术后CT扫描数据,进行多平面图像重建,骨量,密度分析,能清晰地显示出种植区颌骨及邻近组织的解剖结构及术后种植体三维空间位置。结论:利用CT技术辅助临床种植牙手术及术后评估有重要的临床意义。 Objective: To evaluate the effect on the application of spiral CT scanning in the presurgical plan and postsurgical analysis of dental implantation. Methods: Thin-slice scanning of spiral computed tomography was applied to exame the jaw. Scanning data was transmitted to CT digital workstation for analysis with reconstruction software. Anthogyr implantation system from French was adopted. Results: Presurgical and postsurgical data of 20 dental implant cases were analyzed by software. And multi-plane image reconstruction, bone volume and density were studied. The jaw of implantation zone and proxincal tissue and 3D space position could be clearly shown. Conclusion: The technique of CT scanning can be a good guide for doctor before operation and evaluate the result after operation.
