Morphological study on the earlobe of han nationality from northwest area

摘要 目的:研究耳垂形态与性别、年龄的关系,为耳垂整形手术提供理论参考依据。方法:抽查了800名18岁到81岁西北籍志愿者,将耳垂分为3种类型:锐角型、直角型、钝角型,统计学分析三型耳垂在男女人群分布情况以及各型耳垂长宽比;另测了男女不同年龄组双侧耳垂长度及宽度,分别将男女耳垂、左右侧耳垂以及不同年龄段耳垂进行统计学分析。结果:三型耳垂各占比例:男性锐角型耳垂32.0%,直角型耳垂29.8%,钝角型耳垂38.2%;女性锐角型耳垂30.3%,直角型耳垂30.5%,钝角型耳垂39.2%;男性耳垂长度19.02±2.52mm,宽度19.76±1.07mm,女性耳垂长度18.52±2.01mm,宽度19.62±1.08mm;左耳垂长度18.78±2.28mm,宽度19.71±1.07mm,右耳垂长度18.79±2.30mm,宽度19.68±1.08mm。结论:耳垂分型与性别无明显相关(P>0.05);左右耳垂长度无差异(P>0.05),左右耳垂宽度有显著学差异(P<0.05);耳垂长度随年龄增长而变长(P<0.05),这对耳垂整形手术方案的设计以及手术最佳时机选择有很大帮助。 Objective: To investigate the changes differences on the shape of the earlobe with sex and age, and to provide the theory support reference for plastic surgery. Methods: Survey was made on earlobes in 800 volunteers aged from between 18 to 81 years from Northwest area, earlobes may be classified into three types: acute angle, right angle, obtuse angle. The distribution of three-type earlobes in make and finale population and length/width of three-type lobes were analyzed statistically. Further measurement on the length and width of the Bilateral earlobe of men and women were worked out with different age groups, the earlobe of different gender, bilateral earlobe, as well as the earlobe of different age groups were analyzed statistically. Results: The proportion of each type earlobe: male: acute angle32.0%, fight angle29.8%, obtuse angle38.2%. female:acute angle30.3%, right angle30.5%, obtuse angle39.2%. Male earlobe length: 19.02 ± 2.52mm, width: 19.76± 1.07mm, female earlobe length: 18.52± 2.01mm, width: 19.62± 1.08ram. Left earlobe length: 18.78 ±2.28mm, width: 19.71± 1.07mm,right earlobe length: 18.79 ± 2.30mm, width: 19.68 ± 1.08mm. Conclusions: A negative correlation was found between the classification of earlobe and sex (P 〉 0.05). Men and women have significant differences in earlobe length (P〈 0.05), left and right lobe width had significant differences (P〈 0.05). earlobe length increased with the age(P〈 0.05), the knowledge may help plastic surgeons decide the best design and the proper time in takth the surgery.
