摘要
目的探讨教学医院临床实习教学质量的综合评价方法。方法采用秩和比法(Rank sumration,RSR)对某医学院2000年-2001年6所教学医院临床实习教学检查考试成绩进行动态综合评价。结;果(1)与2000年相比,教学医院A、C质量略有下降,其它教学医院临床教学质量具有不同程度的提’升。(2)教学医院D、E带教质量提升显著(P〈0.05)。(3)教学医院F的带教质量一直居于最低水平。(4)6所教学医院以RSR表达的带教质量(RSR±SRSR),2000年为0.4555±0.1560;2001年为0.6278±0.2383,2001年6所教学医院的带教质量有所上升,但不显著(t=1.5545,P=0.1808)。结论采用秩和比法对教学医院临床教学质量进行动态的加权综合评价,能对临床带教质量作出定量化的评价,在教学管理中有实用价值。
Objective To explore the method to evaluate comprehensively the teaching quality of teaching hospitals, Methods The Rank Sum Ratio (RSR) method was adopted to evaluate comprehensively the teaching quality of 6 teaching hospitals of one medical college in 2000 and 2001. Results (1) The ', teaching quality of teaching hospital A and C declined slightly and the other four rise mildly in 2001, (2) The teaching quality of teaching hospital D and E ascended significantly(P〈0.05) in 2001, (3) The teaching quality of teaching hospital F was the poorest constantly. (4) The teaching quality expressed as RSR value of all teaching hospitals in 2001 had no significant (t=1.5545, P=0.1808) increase (0.6278±0.2383 vs 0.4555 ± 0.1560) compared with that in 2000. Conclusion RSR method was a valuable tool in evaluating the teaching quality because of its ability of quantifing and weighting the teaching quality dynamically.
