加强实验室人才队伍建设

Strengthening The Construction of Laboratory Team

高校实验室是人才培养和科学研究的重要场所,而目前实验人才队伍的滞后严重制约了高等院校的可持续发展。通过分析现阶段实验室人才队伍的现状,提出了实验室人才队伍建设的一些措施和建议,以期为实验室的长远发展提供借鉴。

Lab construction is important for talent cultivation and scientific research in universities, but the currently experimental talent teams has seriously hampered the long-term sustainable development of universities. By analyzing the present status of laboratory talent team, some measures and proposals for construction of laboratory teams were put forward to provide the reference to long-term development of laboratory in this paper.
