鸡白痢的综合防治措施

鸡白痢病是由鸡沙门氏菌引起的一种发生极为普遍和危害极为严重的鸡传染病,各种品种的鸡均易感,以2～3周龄内的雏鸡发病率与死亡率最高,呈流行性,严重危害雏鸡成活率。成年鸡发病主要以损害生殖系统为主,如造成母鸡产蛋率下降和公鸡性功能减退等。采用全血平板凝集试验,对宁夏贺兰县某种鸡场200只6月龄后备种公鸡进行鸡白痢抗体检测。检测结果表明:200只种公鸡中鸡白痢阳性有11只,则该鸡场鸡白痢的发病率为5.5%。

As one of the common poultry disease, pullorum disease is caused by Salmonella and does great loss to poultry industry. Different varieties all were easy to be infected, the morbidity and mortality rate among 2 - 3-week-old chicks are the highest, and it can do serious damage to adult chicken＇s reproductive system resulting in decrease of egg laying and rooster sexual dysfunction. The whole blood plate agglutination test was taken to detect its antibody titer of 200 roosters at X chicken field of Helan County in Ningxia Province.＇ The result showed that there were 11 positive of them, and the morbidity rate was 5.5 %.
