绿色荧光蛋白(GFP)的发现极大地推动了现代生物学的发展,应用前景广阔。就GFP的发现以及发展历程、结构和发光机制与应用研究进行了综述。
The discovery of green fluorescent protein （GFP） has greatly accelerated the development of modern biology, and it has a wide range of applications. The discovery and development process, structure, emission mechanism and application of GFP are reviewed in the article.
