约克制冷机组停机原因的分析及解决 被引量:1

摘要 1.引言 大庆炼化公司30万吨/年聚丙烯装置生产中,预环管反应器、催化剂夹套等设备温度是非常重要的工艺参数,这些非常重要的温度参数是由冰机冷却下来的冷冻水保证的,这说明冰机的稳定运行对于聚丙烯装置生产至关重要。2005年8月份,大庆炼化公司30万吨/年聚丙烯装置开工初期,PK601约克冰机曾先后发生4次停车。
