摘要
目的观察健脾化湿颗粒对脾虚型肠易激综合征(Irritable Bowel Syndrome,IBS)模型大鼠小肠运动的影响。方法采用束缚应激刺激2周加灌服番泻叶煎剂的方法造成脾虚型肠易激综合征大鼠模型;通过测量小肠碳末推进率和离体肠管的振幅、频率来分析健脾化湿颗粒对脾虚型肠易激综合征模型大鼠小肠运动的影响。结果模型组大鼠小肠运动明显加快,经健脾化湿颗粒治疗后显著减慢(P<0.05)。结论中、高剂量健脾化湿颗粒可显著改善大鼠的腹泻症状,减慢小肠运动,改善IBS症状。
Objective To observe the effect of Spleen-Invigorating and Dampness-Resolving Granule on the movement of small intestine of irritable bowel syndrome of deficiency of the spleen in rats. Methods Irritable bowel syndrome of spleen deficiency in the rats was developed by wrap restraint stress and administration of Sennae decoction for 2 weeks. The effect of spleen-invigorating and dampness-resolving granule on the activity of small intestine was analyzed by the advance rate of carbon powder in the small intestines and the frequency and amplitude of ex vivo intestinal canal. Results The movement of small intestine significantly quickened in model group ( P 〈 0.05 ) and significantly decreased after treatment( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Moderate dose and high dose of spleen-invigorating and dampness-resolving granule can improve diarrhea symptom, slower the movement of small intestine and have good curative effect on IBS.
