兔无预充血体外循环术后存活模型

摘要 目的建立家兔无预充血非经胸体外循环(cardiopulmonary bypass,CPB)术后存活模型。方法选取体质量2.5-3.0 kg家兔8只用于建立模型,采用右侧颈总动脉灌注,右侧颈内静脉引流建立CPB。维持体温,常温转流60min后脱离体外循环,术中监测动脉血压、血气等。结果7只成功建立体外循环,并顺利脱离体外循环及呼吸机,其中6只存活超过24 h,1只于术后6 h死亡。1只因建立体外循环时,引起急性左心衰,于术中死亡。结论经初步摸索,家兔无预充血非经胸体外循环术后存活模型,操作简便、可行,成功率较高,但对体外循环转机要求较高。本模型消除了血液预充对实验结果的影响,可用于体外循环激活全身炎性反应的研究。 Objective To establish the postoperatively survived rabbit model of non-transthoracic cardiopulmonary bypass (CPB) without blood pre-filling. Methods Seven rabbits weighting 2.5 to 3.0 kg were used in this study. CPB was established via right carotid artery perfusion and right internal jugular vein cannulation. During CPB, the rabbits were maintained at 37 ℃ for 60 minutes, then weaned from the CPB. The arterial pressure and blood gas parameters were monitored during CPB. Results CPB model was established in six rabbits, and they were successfully weaned from bypass and ventilator. Five of six were survived more than 24 hrs, and another survived only 6 hrs. One rabbit died of acute left heart failure during CPB surgery. Conclusion The rabbit model of cardiopulmonary bypass is simple and feasible, and the success rate is stable. A good perfusionist is very important in this operation. This model eliminates pre-filling blood effect and can be used to the study on the systemic inflammatory response caused by CPB.
