当代农村文化建设存在着基础设施落后、农民日常生活单调、缺乏长远规划、专业人才匮乏等问题。这些问题是由部分领导认识上存在着误区、农民文化素质偏低、农民文化建设主体意识缺失、相关制度不完善等深层原因导致的。只有从社会整体性视野来认识和把握农村文化建设的重要性,从经济、政治、文化交互作用的社会整体性的战略高度全方位地推进农村文化建设;多层次逐步地提高农民的文化素质,使农民群众转变成适应现代社会发展要求的现代农民;培养农民群众的文化建设主体意识,实现农民的文化自觉;进一步完善相应的制度,才能确保农村文化建设健康持续的发展。

These issues are part of the leadership by understanding that there are errors in the low cultural quality of the farmers, the farmers lack of cultural awareness of the main building, the relevant system is imperfect, such as deep-seated causes.
