目前高校的师生关系陷入僵局,日趋冷漠与功利化,影响和谐校园的建设。因此,高校要从完善制度,提升教师职业道德,发挥学生能动性等方面入手,促进学校、教师、学生的沟通与交流,构建和谐的师生关系。

At present, the relation between university＇s teachers and students encounters the impasse, with indifferent and utility day by day, which affects the construction of harmonious campus. Therefore, starting from the consummating guidlines, promoting the teacher occupational ethics,displaying student activitives,the university must promote the communication and theinformation exchanging between school,teachers and students, to construct the harmonious relations between teachers and students.
