摘要
在校农村大学生在继续社会化的过程中,由于角色认知水平、角色领悟能力和角色扮演能力等较低,必然会出现角色冲突、角色紧张、角色失范和角色失败等失调现象。从城乡文化比较的视角,对在校农村大学生角色失调的诱因进行分析,并在此基础上,从缩小城乡文化差异,促进城乡文化融合发展的角度入手,提出了实现在校农村大学生多元角色和谐重构的建议和举措。
Cultural differences between urban and rural areas make the level of basic socialization of college students from rural areas lower. There must be role incongruence, role conflict, role strain and role failure ete,in their continuous socialization, because of their low cognitive level, low comprehending and role-play ability. Through the comparison of the cultural differences between urban and rural areas, the causes that lead to the role incongruence of college students from rural areas were analyzed. On this basis, suggestions were made on the harmonious reconstruction of multiple roles of college students from rural areas by eliminating the cultural differences and promoting cultural integration of urban and rural areas, so as to realize the healthy development of rural students and maintain social and university stability.
