摘要
针对特长铁路隧道火灾防灾救援中采用"定点"设置的问题,从人员安全疏散的观点出发,建立人员疏散模型.采用数值模拟的方法,对特长铁路隧道中设置定点的形式、长度,横通道的间距、数量,以及不同火灾场景下定点中人员安全疏散时间等问题进行了研究.给出了一般特长铁路隧道定点设置方案,为进一步优化设计施工,促进完善铁路特长隧道的火灾防灾救援和安全疏散规划管理提供了依据.
Based on setting problems of emergency stations adopted by super-long railway tunnels, from the viewpoint of personnel safe evacuation, the model of personnel evacuation was established for the numerical simulation. Several aspects were studied, such as the length and the form of the emergency station, the number and the interval of the cross passage, and the personnel safe evacuation time under different fire scenes at the emergency station. The scheme of the emergency station setting for general super-long railway tunnel was given, and it also provided the basis for optimizing the design and the construction as well as the perfection of fire emergency rescue and safe evacuation plan in super-long railway tunnels.
