摘要 为弥补现有的独立输液泵式TCI系统在输注功能与监控方面的不足,设计开发了新型靶控输注工作站系统,它由上层的工作站与下层的多个输液泵构成.工作站采用嵌入式系统,硬件配高性能CPU与大尺寸的触摸液晶屏.依靠工作站端软件,系统支持十余种药物的基于药代动力学模型的靶控输注、带有输注曲线画面的实时监控、预测监控、病例查询及丰富的人工操作等功能.软件采用先开发后移植的开发过程,以面向对象的分析设计方法,采用多线程程序设计,提高了系统运行的效率和可靠性. A new computer controlled infusion system for anesthesia drugs is developed, which consists of a workstation and one to three infusion pumps. An embedded system with a high performance micro-processor and a large-sized touch screen are used in the workstation. By the software running on the workstation, this infusion system supports some new functions: controlling 11 drugs' infusion by 17 pharmacokinetic models, monitoring with real-time chart view, predictive monitoring, querying case history, and so on; these functions are difficult to implement on the stand-alone pump. The soft-ware is developed by object oriented programming (OOP), multi-thread technologies. Simulation and clinic infusion demonstrate the correction and advantage of this system.
