摘要
采用线性化方法对空气弹簧的非线性数学模型进行处理,并在1/2车辆模型的基础上,考虑垂直和俯仰两个方向的振动,使用多目标及遗传算法相结合的方法,对车辆系统的平顺性进行优化。结果表明,优化后的车辆平顺性的各项指标有了不同程度的改善,为进一步对车辆设计参数的选择打下了良好的基础。
The paper uses linear method to deal with non-linear mathematical model of air spring. Based on half vehicle model and considering vibration in pitch and vertical direction, the ride comfort performance is optimized with multi-objective optimization and GA method. As a result, the ride comfort performance is improved in different degree, so a good foundation has been laid for choosing parameters of vehicle design.
