摘要
基于液驱混合动力车辆液压系统的功率流,提出了液压系统设计所需要使用的评价指标。结合车辆的动力性能和十五工况的要求,对液压系统中的双向变量马达、液压泵和蓄能器的参数选取和匹配进行了研究。针对具体车辆,对其在计算机上进行了仿真,并在实际样车上进行了改装和试验,所得结论可作为液驱混合动力车辆液压系统设计的参考。
Based on power flow of hydraulic system for hydraulic hybrid vehicle, evaluating indexes are provided for the design of hydraulic system. Combined with power performance of vehicle and 15-mode test cycle,key parts of hydraulic system are analyzed, parameters selection and matching of bidirectional variable-displacement motor, hydraulic pump and accumulator are studied. Computer simulation is implemented on particular vehicle. The refit and experiments are implemented on prototype vehicle. The conclusions gained could be a guideline for the design of hydraulic system for hydraulic hybrid vehicles.
