摘要
在光合细菌处理高浓度苯胺有机废水的试验中,针对藻类大量繁殖引起的处理效果下降问题,采用了调控反应器的温度以抑制藻类繁殖的方法,使藻类密度由4262~5124mL-1降至213~662mL-1。试验发现,当光合细菌反应器中的温度控制在27~29℃或31~33℃时,可明显抑制藻类的生长繁殖,而温度为29~31℃时,可促进藻类的生长繁殖。
In the experiments of treating the organic wastewater which contained aniline by photosynthetic bacteria, for dealing with the decline of treatment effect caused by the multiplication of algae, we resort to control the temperature of reactor to restrain the multiplication of algae, it can reduce the population density of algae from 4262-5124 mL^-1 to 213-662 mL^-1. In the experiment, it was found that, when the temperature of the reactor was being controlled between 27-29 ℃ or above 31 -33℃,the multiplication of algae can be obviously restrained, but when the temperature between 29-31℃,the multiplication of algae will be facilitated.
