摘要
印染废水的脱色是印染废水处理的重要环节,通过表面改性方法制备一类改性铁基材料(FCM),并通过静态和动态试验研究FCM对偶氮类染料酸性黑10B的脱色效果。结果表明,制备FCM材料最佳条件为采用浓度0.01mol·L-1CuCl2溶液浸泡铁粉30min;FCM材料对酸性黑10B染料有显著的去除效果,其脱色机理主要为微电解反应;在静态试验中,当pH小于4,处理时间为30min时,酸性黑10B的去除率达到93.8%,色度的去除率达到90%,且通过动态柱过滤试验可得FCM材料去除酸性黑10B的能力为245mg·g-1。
The decolorization of dyeing wastewater is important to the dyeing wastewater treatment A kind of novel modified ferrous materials, FCM, was prepared by substitution method in this paper. Then, the decolorization capability of the prepared material to the azo dyes acid blank 10B was investigated through static and dynamic batch experiments The results indicate that the optimum preparation condition of FCM is in 0.01 mol·L^-1 aqueous CuCI2 and with 30 min soaking time. FCM has remarkable decolorization capability to acid blank 10B, and the reaction mechanism is mainly micro-electrolysis. Besides, in static experiments, the maximum removalpercentage of acid blank 10B can reach 93.8% under the conditions ofpH〈4.0 and with 30 min treating time. The decolorization rate can also come up to 90%. Moreover, results of the dynamic column filtration experiment showed that, the total removal capacity of FCM to acid blank 10Bisabout245 mg·g^-1.
