摘要
以L-天冬氨酸为原料合成了聚天冬氨酸,红外光谱性质表征确认了其结构;并进行了含镉废水的除镉正交试验,确定了最佳条件。当反应温度60℃、恒温时间30min、水样pH=6时,最大吸附容量为1.97g·g-1,去除率79.38%。聚天冬氨酸可以作为含镉废水的除镉材料。
The PASP (polyaspartic acid) is synthesized by L-aspartic acid,and is charactered by IR. The optimal conditions with polyaspartic acid remove cadmium (Ⅱ) in waste water are definited: reaction temperature 60℃, time 30 min, the water's pH 6, the biggest chelate ability is 1.97g·g^-1 and the removing rate is 79.38%. Polyaspartic acid was of no poison, harmless and biological degradation, it is a good material in removing cadmium(Ⅱ).
