摘要 铝电解槽吨铝炭耗的高低受电解槽是否平稳和各项技术条件的变化影响,炭耗的高低直接关系到企业的经济效益。本文阐述了预焙阳极炭块在铝电解生产中消耗的表现形式,从生产实际出发总结出180 kA铝电解槽降低吨铝炭耗的具体途径,对目前铝电解企业节能降耗和提高经济效益有一定的实践意义。 The level of carbon consumption of electrolytic aluminum t-slot is influenced by if the aluminum electrolytic tank is stable enough and the changing of teclmical conditions. The level of carbon consumption is directly related to economic ef- ficiency of enterprises. The paper introduced the forms of performance of the consumption of carbon block pre-baked anode in aluminum production, it summarized the specific ways of reducing carbon consumption of aluminum t-slot of 180KA tons of aluminum electrolytic tank from the reality of production. It is a certain degree of practical significance to improve the e- conomic efficiency and save energy in aluminum business at present.
