摘要
结合生产中出现的有色金属浪费问题,对巴氏合金切屑的重熔回收问题进行了研究,通过对巴氏合金各组成部分的具体性质和工艺要素的分析,着重探讨了金属切屑的氧化、熔融金属的损失、杂质对巴氏合金性能的影响等问题,分析了巴氏合金切屑重熔回收的可行性,指出巴氏合金各种损失的可能性以及杂质对合金性能的影响,并逐一进行了量化分析,得出了巴氏合金回收后可以再利用、不影响使用的结论,并提出了在工艺流程中应注意的各个事项。
In in coor with progress of production appears the non-ferrous metal waste question, has conducted the research to the Babbit scrap remelting recycling question, through to the Babbit each constituent concrete nature and the craft essen- tial factor analysis, has discussed the metal scrap oxidation, the fusing metal loss, the impurity emphatically to Babbit performanee questions and so on influence, has analyzed the Babbit scrap remelting recycling feasibility, pointed out Babbit each kind of loss the possibility as well as the impurity to the alloy performance influence, and have carried on the quantification analysis one by one, after obtained the Babbit recycling to be possible the again use, not to affect the use the conclusion, and proposed should pay attention to each item in the technical process.
