摘要
在联盟内部技术转换过程中,交易费用存在着信任度的增强性、支付手段的多样性、技术信息的相对显形性和技术定价的间接性等特点。必须通过建立联盟技术中介服务和联盟技术利益补偿机制,增强创新合作的交易频率,巩固技术联盟的稳定性,同时建立联盟技术的署名制度,对联盟技术转换进行有效的激励和控制,来优化联盟内部技术转换的环境。
The transaction cost in the technical conversion process has the increasing trust, the payment diversity, the technical information relative profiling and the indirect pricing and so on. The transaction cost needs to build the technical intermediary service and the interests＇ compensation mechanism and to enhance cooperation frequency of transactions and consolidate the stability of the alliance, and to set the technical signed systems, which incentive and control effectively the internal technical conversion in the technical alliance to optimize the technical Conversion environment.
