摘要
科技创新能力是一个国家最重要的核心竞争力,而科技人员工作满意度的高低在一定程度上影响着个体的创新能力,因此探讨我国科技人员工作满意度状况具有现实意义。抽样调查了全国31个省级区域和7个全国性学会的6706名科技人员,利用问卷调查的信息分析了我国科技人员工作满意度的总体状况以及性别、年龄、职称等人口统计学变量在工作满意度上的差异和地区差异,提出了相应的对策建议。
Innovation ability in science and technology is the country's core competency, and the creativity tendency of science-technology talents is the basis of the whole organization and country innovation. Based on the statistical analysis of a sample of 6706 Science-Technology talents from 31 provinces and 7 national institutes, this paper analyzes the overall situation and the individual and district difference on the job satisfaction of the science-technology talents in our country. On the basis of the above analysis, the paper puts forward advices about the management and relevant policy establishment.
