组织结构、知识流与中层经理创新行为的关系研究 被引量:6

摘要 对现有关于个人层次探索式创新和利用式创新行为的理论模型进行扩展,分析了组织结构对组织内部知识流及中层经理创新行为的影响,提出了若干研究命题和一个概念模型,认为企业可以通过调整组织结构的分权化和正规化程度来影响不同的知识流和中层经理不同的创新行为,而知识流在组织结构与中层经理创新行为的联系中起中介作用。
