IC卡计量控制系统是水资源管理、农业用水的一种新型取水监控系统。文中阐述了它的工作原理、功能特点,通过在机井灌溉区域实际中的应用结果表明,使用该系统不但具有明显的节水效益,而且解决了实际存在的收费难和水资源浪费问题,还能为地下水资源合理配置提供科学依据。文章最后分析了该系统在实际推广中存在的问题。

The IC card measurement control system is a new water intake monitoring system which is used in water resources management and agricultural water use. This article elaborates the working principles and the function characteristics of the system. Through the application in the well irrigation areas, the results idicated that this system not only has obvious water - saving effect but also resolves hard charging difficulty problem and the water waste problem. In addition, it offers scientific basis for the rational allocation of groundwater. This article analyzes the problems of this system existing in the actual popularization at last.
