摘要
灌区工程管理养护水平直接关系着灌区效益的发挥,文中对汾河灌区工程维修养护现状进行分析,结合当前水利工程管养体制改革,在汾河灌区工程维修养护实施策略、组织管理机制、工程造价和工情信息管理等方面提出了建议。
The management and maintenance level of the works in an irrigation district is related directly to tap an irrigation district＇ s benefit. The paper analyzes the statusquo of works＇ maintenance of Fenhe Irrigation District, combining with present maintenance system reform of hydraulic project, proposes some suggestions in following aspects：enforcement tactics of works＇ maintenance, organization management mechanism, perfecting project maintenance quota, managing project information.
