摘要
本文通过半生产性试验,对焦化废水的生物脱氮除碳处理技术进行了研究.结果表明单相活性污泥A/O法可以同时将废水中的氨氮及有机物去除.当进水COD<2000mg/L,NH+4-N≤300mg/L,CN-<10mg/L时,出水COD、NH+4-N、CN-均可达到GB13456—92的标准,水力停留时间以30h为宜,其中缺氧段12h,好氧段18h,回流比为3~5.
Technology of simultaneous removal of N and COD in coke wastewater was studied in this paper. It shows that anoxic/aerobic activated sluge process can meet the demands of simultanious biological removal of N and COD in coke wastewater. When the concentration of COD, NH + 4 N, and CN - is less than 200 mg/L, 300 mg/L, 10 mg/L respectively in influence, the quality of effluence can meet the criteria of GB 13456—92. In the experiment ,the optimum hydraulic retention time (HRT) is 30h, in which 12h in anoxic stage and 18h in aerobic stage; the optimum mixture recycle rate is 3~5.
