摘要
为获得实时跟踪能力,提出一种新的基于Matrox Odyssey图像采集处理板卡的电视跟踪系统设计方案,完成系统的硬件及软件实现。系统通过图像采集卡采集视频,使用板卡开发库中提供的图像处理算法函数进行编程,完成对视频信号的实时采集与处理。系统实际使用中表现出了良好的性能。
In order to obtain real- time tracking capability,a novel TV tracking system scheme based on Matrox Odyssey image card is put forward, the hardware and software are implemented. The system captures video by image card, uses the image processing functions provided by Matrox Odyssey Native Library（ONL）to program,it achieves real -time capturing and processing of the video signal. The system works well in use.
