摘要
基于CMOS图像传感器LUPA4000,对双斜率光积分进行研究。选用Altera公司的EP3C25Q240C8N作为硬件设计载体,使用VHDL语言对LUPA4000像素内部驱动信号进行描述,并采用Qutartus Ⅱ软件对所做的设计进行功能仿真,最后采用基于LUPA4000的相机系统,实现了同步快门模式下的双斜率光积分操作。实验结果表明,双斜率光积分有效扩展了普通线性转移成像器的光学动态范围,提升了成像质量。
The study of dual- slope integration based on LUPA4000 CMOS image sensor is introduced. Adopting Alteara Company's device EP3C25Q240C8N as the hardware design platform,the pixel internal generated signal is described with VHDL,the function simulation of the system is finished by Qutartus Ⅱ successfully. Using the dual - slope integration operation in synchronous shutter out based on the camera system of LUPA4000 image sensor. Results of experiment indicate that dual - slope integration is a good method to extend the dynamic range of linear transfer image sensor,and it improves the quality of imaging.
